Taking a Break - March 2009 onwards

Just a note to inform everyone that I will be taking a break. So will not be accepting any further cake orders until further notice.

The tuition teacher

This was made for Vaani's dad who is a tuition teacher now. Perhaps next time I would have to make a blackboard instead.

Chelsea Logo - Cake

I tried making a colour flow of this logo but the blue was too strong that it kept seeping into the whites and lighter colours. So made the cut out using fondant instead. This was placed on a butter cream iced butter cake.

Blueberry Cheese cake

Made a oreo based basic cheesecake and topped it with blueberry. It was a nice twist to the usual cheesecakes I made. I must say so myself it was yummy.

Mickey Mouse

This was for 2 year old Ashwin. His mum said his favourite is Mickey mouse and she wanted a chocolate cake for him.

Friends & Ballons

Tried out imprinting the pattern on the chocolate for this cake. I must say it was as easy as working on fondant.
